01What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device between pages, keep you signed in and remember preferences. We also use equivalent technologies, such as the browser’s local storage, and we refer to all of them as “cookies” in this Policy.
02Essential cookies
They are indispensable for the platform to work. Without them it is not possible to sign in, keep your session active, complete a checkout securely or protect forms against fraud. Because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you purchased, these cookies do not require consent — the legal basis is contract performance (art. 7, V of the LGPD).
Blocking essential cookies in your browser will prevent you from using the authenticated areas of the site.
03Analytics cookies
They help us understand in aggregate how people browse the site: which pages are visited most, where errors occur and at which step a flow is abandoned. We use this information only to improve the product and the purchase experience. They are only installed after your consent and collection is done in aggregate, with no attempt to identify you individually.
You can refuse this category at any time, with no impact whatsoever on the service you purchased.
04Marketing cookies
They allow us to measure campaign performance and avoid showing you the same communication over and over. They also require your prior consent and may involve sharing identifiers with advertising platforms. If you refuse this category, you will keep browsing normally and purchasing with no restrictions at all.

Analytics and marketing cookies only appear in this list when the respective tools are active and you have consented to the category.
06How to manage your preferences
You can review the non-essential categories at any time through the cookie notice shown on the site. You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings — usually under “Privacy and security”. Removing them also erases the preferences already stored, and the notice will appear again.
Refusing non-essential cookies does not limit access to the product, the dashboard or support.
