Terms of Use

By creating an account, purchasing a license or using any feature of the platform, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

SilentRecoil provides desktop software for recoil control in CS2, with profile configuration, license management and a customer dashboard. The software is provided for personal, non-transferable use and must be used in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms of service of the game and of any third-party platform.

You are solely responsible for how you use the software. The platform does not guarantee that the use of the software will be free of sanctions applied by third parties, including the game developer. Use on accounts that are not yours, on unauthorized servers or for any unlawful purpose is forbidden.

To purchase a license you must create an account with truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities carried out on your account. Immediately notify our support center of any unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, that breach these Terms, that are associated with chargebacks or fraud, or that violate applicable law.

Displayed prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and already include licensing fees. Charges are made by the payment provider chosen at checkout; we do not store full credit card data. The license is issued only after the provider confirms the payment.

If a payment is disputed (chargeback) or fraud is detected, the license linked to the order may be revoked and the account suspended until the situation is resolved.

Purchasing a license grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable authorization to use the software, bound to your account. The number of simultaneous devices per license is shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard.

• Lifetime: has no expiration date and remains valid while the account is active and the Terms are respected.
• Fixed-term: has a defined validity period, shown in the dashboard, and does not renew automatically.

It is forbidden to: resell, assign, sublicense, copy, modify, reverse engineer or distribute the software, the license key or any part of them, without prior written authorization.

We may suspend or revoke licenses and accounts, with or without prior notice, when there is evidence of fraud, breach of these Terms, improper key sharing, use of reverse engineering or any conduct that compromises the security of the platform. In such cases there will be no refund of the amount paid.

The software, the website, the trademarks, the texts and all other elements of the platform are owned by SilentRecoil or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right over such elements.

The software is compatible with 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11. Operation may be affected by system settings, third-party software and, especially, by game or platform updates. After updates, it may be necessary to wait for a new version of SilentRecoil to restore operation. We do not guarantee that the software will work on every existing or future hardware and software configuration.

We may modify, discontinue or replace service features at any time, including due to game updates, regulatory changes or business decisions. Relevant changes to pricing and licensing conditions will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Changes that do not harm licenses already purchased do not entitle you to a refund.

The software is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from the use or the inability to use the service, including lost profits, damage to game accounts, penalties applied by third parties or damage caused to devices. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
